Website terms of use & terms of sale

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under UK law are not affected by these terms, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for distance contracts, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. See our Returns & exchanges policy.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or purchase from us. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place an order or use the site applies unless we notify you otherwise where the law requires.

Using the website

We grant you a limited, revocable licence to browse and use the site for personal shopping. You must not misuse the site (for example by attempting to interfere with security, scraping in breach of our terms, or using the site for unlawful purposes). You must not use automated means to access the site except where we expressly allow it or the law permits.

Accounts

Where you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you have taken reasonable steps to secure it and notify us of unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 years old to place orders for goods where UK law requires this. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or pose a security or legal risk.

Orders, descriptions, and contract

Product information (including images and descriptions) is provided to help you choose goods; it is not a guarantee of every detail unless we expressly say so. When you submit an order, that is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject it (for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud). The contract is formed when we send you a clear acceptance (such as an order confirmation email) or we dispatch the goods, whichever we specify in our process.

  • We may limit quantities per customer where reasonable.
  • We may cancel orders before dispatch where we are entitled to do so at law or under these terms.

Price and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless we clearly state otherwise on the product or checkout page. Where we are required to show VAT inclusive prices, we will do so.

Payment is due at the time you place the order unless we agree otherwise. We use third-party payment providers; their terms and privacy notices also apply to how they process card or wallet data. We may refuse or cancel orders where payment cannot be authorised or where we are not permitted to supply the goods.

Delivery and risk

Delivery options, charges, and estimated times are shown at checkout where available. Dates are estimates unless we have agreed a fixed delivery date with you as required by law. Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us or when you collect them, as applicable.

Returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return, or obtain a refund depend on whether you are a consumer, how you bought, and whether goods are faulty. Full details are in our Returns & exchanges policy.

Intellectual property

Content on this site (including text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or with our written consent.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, except where we are not liable under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory rules. If you use the site for business purposes, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the site and any order is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant goods in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform where caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example industrial action, failure of public communications networks, or severe weather), provided we take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and keep you informed where we can.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows. You may use alternative dispute resolution or other remedies available to you under UK law; we will provide information about any approved scheme we subscribe to where applicable.
